The name is Trump Media and Technology Group and Social Media. He states this is a Special Purpose Acquistion Company aka SPAC. The SEC and the FINRA has filed NOTICE requesting information regarding stock trading and communications and also want to know who his investers are after Digital World Acquistion Corporation filed the 8 K to the SEC.
TAKE NOTE CORPORATION ACQUISTIONS OK. They are on track to merge with Trump for 1 Billion to start it up.
Seems Trump can’t do a damn thing by himself to build up his own Media website, but will sucker others to sink money into his ideas and then everybody gets a portion to enrich themselves at the expense of others. How??? Via raising money for campaign and donors so he can run for office. Essentially what is going to happen here is he is about to HANDCUFF his own ass, now being bought and sold for that Office and thinks the MAGA crowd is gonna fall for it lock stock and barrel.
To all MAGA FOLKS, and members of GAB peeps and to all Conservatives herein, STAY AWAY FROM THIS NEW SITE BY TRUMP. IT’S A DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN TO EVERYBODY. It will not take long for those investors to KICK HIM OUT OF THE BOARD, AND LEAVE Trump hanging out for the sharks to start circling him again with many legal problems. Why???? Trump does not own the Media site, “”the INVESTORS”” own it all outright as its their money they sank into it by using TRUMPS name only!!!!
